With the YourEnergy algorithms, one can determine the Winner Energy.

As part of our work on the YourEnergyCode, we have developed a harmony test, also known as a synchronicity test. This term was popularized by Nobel laureate Wolfgang Pauli. Our test enables an energy comparison between team members and presents the results in concrete figures. In doing so, we not only consider the energy synchronicity of pairs but also the average synchronicity level of the entire work team.

The YourEnergyCode describes the core of our project, which manifests itself in many different ways. It is a tool that enables success in business, sports, and various human endeavors. With our tool, we can make good success forecasts for business-oriented pairs as well as small and larger teams. In the YourEnergyCode, we determine the harmony level of the pair or the entire team. When we speak of harmony, we mean a real force that manifests as energy in all people. What is crucial is how synchronously this force – which we call Winner Energy – can flow when people interact as pairs or teams. If the energy flows are not sufficiently synchronized, dissonance automatically arises, which can negatively impact success.

If there is a lack of intuitive understanding between members of a team during the execution of a joint project, the likelihood of the team achieving real success decreases. The chance of becoming a Winner Team is significantly higher when the Winner Energy within the team is aligned.

Specifically, we offer a unique analysis of the team spirit of the group. Team spirit is created by various factors, with the level of energetic harmony between team members and the coach being crucial. When a high level of harmony exists, the likelihood that the team will operate as a unit while working on a project increases – a critical factor for the final outcome. This applies to all types of teams, whether in workgroups or team sports.

What are the benefits of a harmony test for any team? The better the harmony test results:

  • the better the mutual understanding, as fewer words are needed for communication,
  • the more understanding the acceptance of mistakes becomes,
  • the more the motto “One for all, all for one” holds true,
  • the more the development of team spirit is encouraged, as team members are on the same wavelength.
