Terms of Payment and Use
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rules of payment and use of services offered by the YourLoveCode platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
1.2. Use of paid functions constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms by the user.
1.3. The Service reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Changes come into effect 30 days after being published on the website and may also apply to transactions that are not yet completed, unless explicitly excluded.
2. Description of Services
2.1. The Service offers the following types of services:
a) Free services:
- Use of free analysis codes published on the website and official social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X).
- Use of interactive modules and games.
b) Paid services:
- Basic analysis: digital analysis based on data entered by the user.
- Premium analysis: extended energy analysis with additional comparative fields.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
3.1. All prices listed on the website include VAT (gross) and are final prices.
Basic analysis – one-time purchase:
1 code = 1.00 € (incl. VAT)
5 codes = 2.00 € (0.40 €/code incl. VAT)
10 codes = 3.00 € (0.30 €/code incl. VAT)
20 codes = 4.00 € (0.20 €/code incl. VAT)
40 codes = 6.00 € (0.15 €/code incl. VAT)
Basic analysis – subscription:
Annual fee: 60.00 € (1200 codes, 0.05 €/code incl. VAT)
Premium analysis – one-time purchase:
1 code = 1.00 € (incl. VAT)
5 codes = 2.50 € (0.50 €/code incl. VAT)
10 codes = 4.00 € (0.40 €/code incl. VAT)
20 codes = 6.00 € (0.30 €/code incl. VAT)
60 codes = 15.00 € (0.25 €/code incl. VAT)
Premium analysis – subscription:
Annual fee: 90.00 € (1200 codes, 0.075 €/code incl. VAT)
3.2. Available payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
3.3. The user may request a VAT invoice for any transaction of 1 € or more. The invoice can be issued either for a private individual or a company. To receive an invoice, the user must select the appropriate option during the ordering process. If no request is made, the invoice will not be generated automatically.
3.4. Invoice request form (during ordering):

3.5. The following data is required for invoice issuance:
For private individuals:
– Full name
– Email address
– Residential address (street, postal code, city, country)
For companies:
– Company name
– Contact person’s full name
– Email address
– Company address (street, postal code, city, country)
– VAT number (required)
The invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Order and Cancellation Process
4.1. Orders are placed using the online form available on the website.
4.2. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. After expiration, the user must make a new payment.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are possible only in the following cases:
- Technical error preventing the activation of purchased codes or use of the service.
- Justified cases where the service could not be used as described despite payment.
5.2. Refunds will be made to the same payment method within 14 business days of approval.

6. Transaction Security
6.1. The Service uses up-to-date encryption technologies (e.g., SSL) to protect users’ personal and financial data.
6.2. In case of suspected abuse, the Service reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user account.
7. Liability and Jurisdiction
7.1. The Service is not liable for delays or errors caused by external payment operators.
7.2. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office, where legally permissible.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms are publicly available on the Service website.
8.2. Only German law applies. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9. Invoices and User Data
9.1. The Service issues VAT invoices solely based on data provided by the user. The user is responsible for the accuracy of this data.
9.2. In the case of invoices issued to companies located outside Germany, reverse charge VAT may apply according to EU regulations.
9.3. The Service is not liable for incorrect data (e.g., VAT number) that prevent correct tax processing on the user’s side.
